श्री दादासाहेब धनवटे नगर विद्यालय, महाल, नागपूर मध्ये विद्यार्थ्यांच्या सर्वांगीण विकासासाठी आणि शालेय जीवनातील आनंद व कर्तव्य साधण्यासाठी बॅगलेस शाळेचा अभ्यासक्रम अंमलात आणला जात आहे. या उपक्रमाद्वारे विद्यार्थ्यांना शालेय बॅगच्या ओझ्यापासून मुक्त करून विविध शैक्षणिक आणि सर्जनशील क्रियाकलापांमध्ये सहभागी करण्यात येते. यामुळे विद्यार्थ्यांना शाळेतील विविध कामांमध्ये समाविष्ट करून त्यांचा बौद्धिक आणि सर्जनशील विकास साधला जातो.

विद्यार्थ्यांच्या विकासासाठी घेतलेली विविध क्रियाकलाप:

1. कला सादरीकरण (Art Presentation):
   विद्यार्थ्यांना आपली कला सादर करण्याची संधी दिली जाते. यात चित्रकला, हस्तकला, शिल्पकला इत्यादी विविध कलात्मक उपक्रमांचा समावेश असतो. या क्रियाकलापांमधून विद्यार्थ्यांच्या सर्जनशीलतेला चालना मिळते, तसेच त्यांचा आत्मविश्वास देखील वाढतो.

2. हस्ताक्षर लेखन (Handwritten Script):
   विद्यार्थ्यांना सुंदर आणि स्पष्ट हस्ताक्षर लेखन शिकवले जाते. यामध्ये, त्यांना हस्ताक्षर लेखनाची योग्य पद्धती आणि टंकलेखनासाठी आवश्यक असलेल्या कौशल्यांचा अवलंब करण्याची संधी मिळते. यामुळे विद्यार्थ्यांच्या लेखन कौशल्याचा विकास होतो.

3. अहवाल लेखन (Report Writing):
   शालेय कार्यशाळा, शालेय उपक्रम, निबंध लेखन यासारख्या विषयांवर विद्यार्थ्यांना अहवाल लेखन शिकवले जाते. यामध्ये त्यांना रिपोर्ट लेखनाच्या संरचनेबद्दल मार्गदर्शन केले जाते. यामुळे त्यांचा लेखन कौशल्य आणि विचारशक्तीला चालना मिळते.

4. प्रदर्शन (Exhibition):
   शाळेत विविध शालेय प्रदर्शने आयोजित केली जातात. विद्यार्थ्यांना आपले शालेय प्रोजेक्ट्स, कला, शास्त्रज्ञ ज्ञान आणि इतर सर्जनशील उपक्रम सादर करण्याची संधी दिली जाते. यामुळे त्यांना टीम वर्क, सार्वजनिक सादरीकरण आणि संवाद कौशल्यांचा विकास होतो.

5. नाटक लेखन (Drama Writing):
   विद्यार्थ्यांना नाटक लेखनाची प्रक्रिया शिकवली जाते. त्यांना कथेची रूपरेषा तयार करण्यापासून ते पात्रांची निवड, संवाद लेखन आणि रंगमंच सजावट याबाबत मार्गदर्शन केले जाते. यामुळे विद्यार्थ्यांचा सर्जनशीलतेसाठी विचार करण्याचा दृषटिकोन रुंदावतो आणि त्यांची शास्त्रशुद्ध लेखन क्षमता सुधारते.

6. अन्य संबंधित क्रियाकलाप (Other Correlated Activities):
   शाळेत विविध इतर उपक्रम आयोजित केले जातात जसे की कविता लेखन, काव्यवाचन, वादविवाद स्पर्धा, निबंध लेखन, विज्ञान प्रदर्शन इत्यादी. यामधून विद्यार्थ्यांना त्यांच्या बुद्धिमत्ता आणि सर्जनशीलतेला उत्तेजन मिळते. यामुळे त्यांचे बहुविध कौशल्य आणि संवाद कौशल्य साधले जातात.
